I haven't received my package, even though it's marked as delivered. What can I do?Updated a year ago

By checking the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email, you can get a good idea of the progress of your coffee delivery. It will also indicate if the package was left at your doorstep, in a community mailbox, or at your local pickup point.


If the order is marked as delivered to the mailbox, a key should normally be in your mailbox to access your package.

If the order is marked as delivered to the pickup point, you will find the exact address to pick up your order on this page.
