The flavours indicated on our bags refer to the perceptible taste palette for each product. This is determined by the flavours and aromas experienced during the coffee tasting. Several factors influence a tasting note, including the origin of the beans, the roasting level, and the brewing method. No flavours are added to our products; these notes are perceived in the same way you might note that a wine is woody or aromatic, for example.
